FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Currently, we sell our ONLINE products in Southern Ontario, Canada.
If you are outside of this geographical area, please email us at quoting@wardcowindow.com for more information on delivery to the continental United States or other parts of Canada.
If you have chosen for your product to be shipped and delivered to your location, once the products are ready, we will contact you to arrange delivery. Product will be ready for delivery or pick up in approximately 4-5 weeks from placing order.
Delivery hours consist of:
Monday through Friday during working business days, 8am-5pm Eastern Standard Time.
Reminder: Clearance sale stock products are not able to be delivered. These products must be picked up from our store location. We will have to void the order if stock products are added to a delivery order. Thank you for you interest in Wardco Window and Door!
At Wardco Window and Door, we hand craft every order to the exact specifications of your order. Once orders are placed, they are processed within 48 hours of receiving payment. During this time, we have limited availability to change or manipulate existing orders. Please contact info@wardcowindow.com to see if we can accommodate your request.
Once 48 hours has passed, no changes can be made to the order and will be fulfilled as ordered on the original order confirmation.

Damages and Issues:
1. Incorrect Items – Refund/Exchange (Up to 48 Hours After Receiving Products)
Please notify us at info@wardcowindow.com if the product(s) you received are incorrect within 48 hours of receiving the product(s). To be eligible for a refund/exchange, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Customer may be asked to show proof of purchase or the receipt.
2. Service Complaints (Up to 48 Hours After Receiving Products)
Once the product has been picked up or delivered, the customer must report any damages to the product within 48 hours of receiving to be eligible for a service claim or replacement of defective product at no charge. Pictures and description of the issue must be sent to info@wardcowindow.com in order to start a service complaint.
If the product is deemed a serviceable item, we have the right to service the product and correct the issue. Once the service is complete, there is no longer the ability to return the product to Wardco Window and Door and will close the transaction. Customer still has the ability to return within 14 days of receiving product if service from the point at which the product has been received. See next paragraph for return details.
If your service is accepted, we will contact you with the information regarding service and the conditions of service. If a return is accepted, we will contact you with the details on returning the product. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Service Complaints (After 48 Hours After Receiving Products)
After 48 hours since the the customer has picked up or received the product it is not longer eligible for free serviceable items. Please email info@wardcowindow.com with pictures and a description of the issue(s) in order to determine whether the product defect is serviceable. Customer may be subject to additional charges.
Returns (Up to 14 Business Days After Receiving Product)
If you would like to return a product that you have received, a return form can be done via our website for online purchases within 14 days after the product has been picked up or delivered. At Wardco Window and Door, all our products are hand crafted and custom made to the specifications of the order which means that returns are subject to a re-stocking fee of 70% of the original product(s) price that are to be returned. Wardco Window and Door is not responsible for return shipment, customer takes responsibility for returning the product to 375 Green Road, Stoney Creek, Ontario, L8E 4A5. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Customer may be asked to show proof of purchase or the receipt.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, stock items or gift cards. These product offerings are final sale and cannot be returned. No exceptions.
Wardco Window and Door is a manufacturer of custom window and door products. We are able to make any type of custom window, door, and patio door to meet the needs of your home or for your customer! Wardco currently does not offer installation services for online sale of windows, doors and patio doors. For install requirements for your project, please contact quoting@wardcowindow.com to speak with one of our sales representatives and let them know install is required.
